Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with business objectives and technical standards. The Technology Architect continuously evaluates emerging technologies and integrates them into the architecture to support evolving needs and long-term sustainability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural frameworks that support business goals and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Good To Have Skills: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Security.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles within manufacturing environments.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective architectural strategies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to manufacturing execution systems and industrial automation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
