• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries related to bookings, deliveries, fleet services, and general support.
• Provide accurate information about ShipRyd's services and processes.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department whenever required.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• EligibilityFemale candidates only
• Graduate or Undergraduate (Experienced only )
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
