- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and HANA database integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex business processes using SAP ABAP on HANA platform.
- Ability to optimize code performance and troubleshoot technical issues within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with SAP development tools and methodologies to support agile delivery.
- Capability to analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
