Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Battery SmartCompany: Battery Smart

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

  • Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and onboard customers.
  • Promote Battery Smart's EV battery swapping services.
  • Visit field locations and meet EV drivers, fleet owners, and dealers.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Submit daily sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Eligibility12th Pass / Graduate.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Automobile Sales, EV Sales, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
