Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships throughout their matchmaking journey and ensuring a high standard of service. Key Responsibilities

• Handle assigned client accounts professionally from onboarding until successful closure.
• Conduct initial consultation meetings with prospective clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings between prospective brides, grooms, and their families.
• Attend client meetings whenever required, both at the office and outside the office.
• Identify suitable matches based on client preferences and compatibility.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the company's CRM/database.
• Follow up with clients regarding meetings, feedback, and next steps.
• Ensure complete confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information.
• Work closely with senior management to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.
