- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
- Continuously monitor project progress and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending technology-driven improvements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
