As a Data Modeler, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. The role focuses on understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs. This position requires continuous interaction with different teams to ensure that data models are accurate, efficient, and support organizational objectives. The workday is dynamic, involving analysis, design, and refinement of data models to facilitate seamless data integration and accessibility across multiple platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements for effective modeling.
- Ensure data models are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
- Document data modeling processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that support business intelligence solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data structures for performance.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex data challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
