Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet complex business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and tools used within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Noida office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
