Job Description

  1. Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods as per quality standards.
  2. Perform routine physical and chemical testing and maintain test records.
  3. Ensure GMP, hygiene, and safety compliance in the manufacturing area.
  4. Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations.
  5. Investigate non-conformities and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  6. Maintain batch records, quality documentation, and calibration records.
  7. Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Stores to resolve quality issues.
  8. Assist during customer, ISO, FSSAI, NSF, and regulatory audits.
  9. Ensure products meet company specifications before dispatch.
  10. Follow and implement SOPs, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
