Product Manager-Fastag-B2C-Marketing Branches Operations
Location: Mumbai | Function: Digital Payments - Retail Liabilities HO
Role Objective
Build and manage Bank’s Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) product portfolio including FASTag issuance, Meal Cards, Gift Cards, and other prepaid programs, while building scalable fintech partnerships to drive issuance growth, float accretion, fee income, and ecosystem expansion.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- PPI Business Ownership : Define product roadmap and 3-year growth strategy, Own P&L including interchange/MDR, program fees, and float income, Drive issuance, activation, transaction growth & profitability
- FASTag Business : Scale retail & corporate FASTag issuance, improve activation, recharge frequency, and partner distribution, Strengthen reconciliation, dispute management & NPCI compliance
- Corporate Prepaid (Meal & Benefits Cards) : Expand corporate acquisition pipeline, Integrate with Corporate salary ecosystems, Improve merchant acceptance & customer experience
- Gift Cards & Consumer Prepaid : Launch co-branded & digital gift programs , Scale B2B/B2C distribution via fintech & ecosystem partners
- Fintech Partnerships : Identify and onboard payment-led embedded finance partnerships , negotiate commercials and manage partner performance , Ensure risk, compliance & fraud controls

- Issuance volumes & Active rate (%)
- Transaction throughput (value & volume)
- Float balances
- Fee income & contribution margin
- Fraud loss ratio & operational SLAs
Ideal Candidate
- 3–10 years in Payments / PPI / Digital Banking / Fintech
- Strong understanding of RBI PPI guidelines & NPCI ecosystem
- Experience in partnership-led growth & P&L ownership
High commercial orientation with strong cross-functional leadership
