What you'll do

As a Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the Scrum or feature team understand Agile practices, the Scrum framework and values, and that the team uses this framework to deliver working software to satisfy platform customers and react to their needs quickly.

Your role will also involve:

• Making sure that the Scrum or feature team lives by the values and practices of Scrum
• Transforming the Scrum or feature team to become self-organising to reduce management overhead costs, using a range of techniques
• Creating a great place to work with a culture of safety and continuous improvement, through great people leadership, coaching, engagement, and development of skills

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of successful Scrum adoption. You’ll also need experience and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

You’ll also need:

• Extensive experience of at least 12 years as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile leadership role, with a proven track record of leading teams, driving Agile adoption, and delivering successful outcomes in complex environments
• Deep expertise in Scrum principles and practices, complemented by strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies such as Kanban, SAFe, and other Large-Scale Agile approaches
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across teams, leadership, and organizational levels
• A demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives by facilitating Agile training and workshops, removing impediments, solving complex challenges, and fostering a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and high team performance
• Relevant Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or other SAFe credentials, combined with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing Agile practitioners
