Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to connect with potential customers, follow up on assigned leads, and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call and follow up on assigned leads and inquiries.
2. Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services.
3. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
4. Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales opportunities.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
6. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong skills in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
2. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
5. Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and result-oriented approach.
