We are hiring an experienced Procurement Manager for a leading IT company based in Sector 24, Gurugram.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities for IT products, services, and vendor contracts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and strategic vendors.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Travel as required for vendor meetings, negotiations, and supplier assessments.
• Candidate RequirementsBachelor's degree (Graduation is mandatory). A degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a reputed IT company or multinational corporation (MNC).
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and contract management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation: Up to ₹30 LPA (based on experience and skills).
