Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Handling & Communication
• Attend incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Register lift complaints and service requests
• Share quotations, proposals, and company profile
• Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
2. Service Coordination
• Assign service calls to technicians
• Schedule maintenance visits (AMC)
• Track complaint status and ensure timely closure
3. Documentation & Data Management
• Maintain client records and AMC database
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
• Update data in Google sheets / CRM system
4. Payment Follow-ups
• Follow up for pending payments and dues
• Maintain proper payment records
