पद का नाम: वेयरहाउस पिकर / ऑर्डर रिट्रीवल हेल्पर

स्थान: सांगानेर / सीतापुरा क्षेत्र, जयपुर, राजस्थान


नौकरी का संक्षिप्त विवरण-:

रिटेल थ्रेड स्टोर के लिए मेहनती एवं जिम्मेदार वेयरहाउस पिकर / हेल्पर की तलाश कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार का मुख्य कार्य वेयरहाउस से ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर को सही तरीके से ढूंढना, निकालना, पैक करना और डिस्पैच में सहायता करना होगा। उम्मीदवार में अच्छा व्यवहार, अनुशासन और व्यस्त समय में काम करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए।


  • मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ-:
  • वेयरहाउस रैक एवं स्टोरेज से ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर सही तरीके से निकालना।
  • सामान की पैकिंग, सॉर्टिंग, लेबलिंग एवं डिस्पैच में सहायता करना।
  • स्टॉक एवं वेयरहाउस की साफ-सफाई और व्यवस्थित रख-रखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
  • कस्टमर सर्विस एवं सेल्स टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कार्य करना।
  • डिस्पैच से पहले सामान की मात्रा एवं गुणवत्ता जांचना।
  • स्टॉक को सावधानीपूर्वक संभालना तथा नुकसान से बचाना।
  • आवश्यकता पड़ने पर माल लोडिंग एवं अनलोडिंग में सहायता करना।
  • साफ लिखावट के साथ रिकॉर्ड एवं एंट्री बनाए रखना।
  • कंपनी के नियमों एवं सुरक्षा निर्देशों का पालन करना।
  • व्यस्त एवं पीक समय में दबाव के साथ प्रभावी तरीके से काम करना।


  • आवश्यक योग्यताएँ एवं कौशल-:
  • अच्छा कस्टमर सर्विस व्यवहार।
  • मेहनती, ईमानदार एवं जिम्मेदार व्यक्तित्व।
  • अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स।
  • अच्छी हैंडराइटिंग एवं बेसिक रिकॉर्ड मेंटेन करने की क्षमता।
  • दबाव में काम करने की क्षमता।
  • शारीरिक रूप से फिट एवं सक्रिय।
  • टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की अच्छी क्षमता।


  • कार्य वातावरण-:
  • तेज़ गति वाले रिटेल एवं वेयरहाउस वातावरण में कार्य।
  • स्थायी एवं दीर्घकालिक नौकरी का अवसर।

  • कार्य समय एवं सुविधाएँ-:
  • स्टोर समय: सुबह 9:30 बजे से रात 8:30 बजे तक
  • लंच ब्रेक: 30 मिनट
  • साप्ताहिक अवकाश: प्रत्येक रविवार
  • वेतन: ₹16,000 प्रति माह
  • रविवार कार्य: अतिरिक्त वेतन दिया जाएगा
  • ओवरटाइम: कार्य आवश्यकता अनुसार उपलब्ध
  • अटेंडेंस बोनस: पूर्ण उपस्थिति पर 1 दिन का अतिरिक्त वेतन
