Experience:
2–5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fixed Asset Management

•Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR)
•Capitalization of assets in compliance with accounting standards
•Monitor CWIP (Capital Work in Progress) and timely capitalization
•Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and periodic physical verification of assets
•Manage depreciation calculations as per USGAAP, Ind AS and Income Tax Act
•Handle asset disposals, transfers, and impairment accounting
2. RBI Compliance (IDPMS & EDPMS)
•Monitoring import/export transactions and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations
•Timely closure of Import Data Processing and Monitoring System (IDPMS) cases
•Timely closure of Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS) entries
•Coordinating with banks and internal stakeholders for documentation and reconciliation
•Ensuring compliance with FEMA guidelines for cross-border transactions
3. Financial & Compliance Support
•Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
•Support statutory and internal audits
•Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
•Prepare MIS reports and analysis as required
Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
•Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) OR
•Cost Accountant (CMA Inter / Finalist)
Technical Skills:
•Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset accounting
•Familiarity with RBI regulations (IDPMS & EDPMS)
•Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
•Proficiency in MS Excel
