Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Minimum 80 connected calls daily
  2. Focus on bringing walk-ins to the institute
  3. Manage and update student data properly
  4. Do regular follow-ups with students and parents
  5. Guide and support the telecalling team
  6. Check team calling and performance daily
  7. Solve basic student and parent queries
  8. Share daily work updates and reports with management
  9. Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups
