Team Leader - IB Disbursement
| KRA | Remarks | KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR |
| Focus towards Decentralization | Train, Monitor and effective Decentralization of disbursement Process to Branch Ops | Achieve up to 60% decentralization of activities related to disbrusement at Branches by March'24 |
| Improvement in Productivity | Consistent achievement of Team Productivity within TAT and Productivity has to be mapped with respective users | 20% improvement over previous FY |
| Compliance with all regulations & product norms | Adherence to all the internal and regulatory policies | Nil High risk errors zero regulatory non compliance. Zero Operational error due to non-complaicne to process and policies |
| Identify , eliminate process & system bottlenecks to ensure high FTR | Process Improvement | Improvement in FTR by 50% over previous FY |
| Cross Functional Training | all the team members to be trained at least in 2 activities beyond their role | 80% of the team should be cross trained |
