Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer records and update data in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and meetings.
- Achieve daily calling targets and maintain call quality standards.
- Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Gujarati will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
