Manager - DAC STA
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Own STA responsibility for machining and forging parts across development stages
- Ensure process robustness, tooling readiness, and FTG deployment for machining lines and forging operations
- Drive APQP and E‑PPAP closure with suppliers for machined and forged components
- Validate machining capability, dimensional stability, yield, and forging capacity for mature volumes
- Lead technical issue resolution during trials, proving, and ramp‑up for machining and forging processes
- Coordinate with DAC engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams for part and process alignment
- Ensure machining and forging readiness aligns with project gates and SOP timeline
