This role requires coordinating multiple projects by managing contracts and facilitating shared service collaboration. The position also focuses on building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to secure their engagement and support, thereby advancing the strategic objectives of the organization. The role demands continuous communication and alignment across teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align project goals with organizational strategy and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong capability in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
- Experience in contract management and service delivery coordination.
