Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-native applications using SAP Business Technology Platform.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and integration techniques within SAP environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP BTP, including SAP Cloud Application Programming Model and SAP Fiori.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
