AC Technician

*Install, service, repair, and maintain air conditioners, split ACs, window ACs, cassette ACs.

*Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out effective troubleshooting.

*Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per company standards.

*Install new AC units, including piping, wiring, gas charging, vacuuming, and testing.

*Check refrigerant levels, identify leaks, and perform gas charging/recovery when required.

*Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, capacitors, motors, PCBs, thermostats, and sensors.

*Ensure all installations and repairs comply with safety and quality standards.

*Maintain service reports, job completion records, and customer feedback after every visit.

*Explain repair work, maintenance requirements, and usage guidelines to customers professionally.

*Handle service calls within the assigned timeline and maintain high customer satisfaction.

*Maintain company tools, equipment, and inventory in good working condition.

*Coordinate with the service coordinator or operations team for daily job scheduling.

*Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and attendance guidelines.

*Report major technical issues, repeat complaints, or customer escalations to the supervisor.

*Support junior technicians during complex installations or repair work when required.
