Job Title: HR Executive
Department: HR
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1-3 Years Required
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle day-to-day HR activities
- Manage recruitment, joining formalities, and induction programs
- Oversee time office, attendance, payroll, and employee data management
- Prepare HR reports and handle generalist responsibilities
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific roles
- Process employee salaries, maintain payroll records, and handle PF, LWF, ESI & Bonus
- Ensure proactive approach with strong knowledge of advanced Excel and MS Word, along with good English communication
- Support HR and organizational goals by completing assigned responsibilities effectively
- Maintain HR records including new hires, transfers, terminations, role changes, salary revisions, and leave tracking (vacation, sick, personal)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/software systems
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (factory/industrial setup preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Male candidates preferred
