Team Leader – Solar Process | Australian Clients

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee floor operations for our Australian Solar Panel process. The ideal candidate will have strong team management experience, exposure to Australian clients, and the ability to drive team performance while achieving operational targets. The candidate should also be capable of training and mentoring agents to enhance productivity, quality, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and manage a team handling Australian solar panel clients.

Monitor daily floor operations and ensure all SLAs and KPIs are achieved.

Track and analyze key performance metrics such as Productivity, Conversion, AHT, and Quality.

Handle client escalations and provide effective and timely resolutions.

Conduct regular team performance reviews, feedback sessions, and coaching.

Train new and existing agents on process knowledge, communication skills, and sales strategies.

Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to help agents understand the solar process effectively. Share tips, tricks, and proven techniques to help the team achieve and exceed targets.

Motivate the team, maintain high morale, and ensure a positive work environment.

Requirements:

2–3 years of team handling / floor management experience.

Experience handling Australian clients.

Solar / Renewable Energy process experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Have experience in Team Leading.
