Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Alpha 1 Commercial Belt, Greater Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of residential or Plot estate projects, leading the sales team, achieving revenue targets, developing business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. The role includes managing direct sales, channel partners, site visits, negotiations, and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
  • Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales MIS reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable real estate regulations.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate the sales team's performance.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent post-sales support.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

  • 2–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
  • Experience in residential and Plots sales preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer relationship management.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Sales planning and forecasting.
  • Market analysis and competitor research.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to handle channel partners and brokers effectively.
