Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software components meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Document development processes and maintain clear records of code changes and updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PowerFactory.
- Experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and version control systems to manage codebase changes.
- Ability to work with multiple client environments and adapt software solutions accordingly.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in PowerFactory.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
