Job Description
Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth for Solar EPC projects (Rooftop & Ground-Mounted) through lead generation, client acquisition, field visits, and project closure while ensuring seamless coordination between clients and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Solar EPC projects.
- Conduct client meetings, field visits, and requirement analysis.
- Recommend suitable solar solutions and support proposal presentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements and sales closure.
- Negotiate and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track sales pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and ensure smooth project handover.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Solar PV systems.
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
