Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
  • Explain property features, pricing, and investment benefits.
  • Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
  • Generate new leads through field marketing, references, and networking.
  • Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the office team for documentation and sales processes.
  • Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
