Job Description 

We are looking for experienced Gen AI Developers with:

Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI-powered applications and solutions 

• Build and integrate AI/LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms 

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and AI workflows for enterprise applications 

• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories 

• Design and optimize prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience 

• Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor AI models to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance 

• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to identify AI use cases and solution approaches 

• Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices are followed 

• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback 

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and MLOps processes for AI deployments 

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application and model-related issues 

• Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders 

Skill Sets 

• Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or Java 

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI platforms 

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI services 

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques and AI application design patterns 

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks 

• Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures 

• Experience working with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Azure AI Search, or FAISS 

• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development 

• Understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts 

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP 

• Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cosmos DB 

• Familiarity with Git and modern DevOps practices 

• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model lifecycle management 

• Exposure to Agile development methodologies 

Certifications / Credentials 

Preferred certifications include: 

• AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals 

• AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals 

• AI-102: Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution 

• AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure 

• Microsoft Applied Skills in Azure OpenAI or Generative AI (Preferred)
