- Responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes within the Corporate Support Division. - Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. - Source, screen, and engage potential candidates to fill various roles. - Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure smooth recruitment workflows. - Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement. - Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development. - Work collaboratively within the Human Resources function to align recruitment with organizational goals.Job role
