Analyst - FOF Custody

Reconciliations
- Perform cash and asset under custody reconciliations
- Populate daily cash movements across respective banking platforms to cash reconciliation spreadsheets
- Research/clear Reconciliation Breaks/discrepancies in operating system
Trading support
- Book internal reconciliation trades (Rebalancing, Series Rolls, etc)
- Security Setups on operating system
- Draft Subscription Documentation completion for US review
- Draft Qualified Custody reports for US review
- Trade/Client Service support for clients in EMEA clients
Maintain data integrity in operating systems
- Collate 3rd Party NAV statements / PCAPS (including downloading from external fund portals)
- Enter/upload underlying holding valuations to operating system
- Populate cash receivables to respective trade orders on operating system
- Prepare End of Day Control file
