Installation & Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable LED TV Installation & Service Technician to handle end-to-end installation, demonstration, troubleshooting, and repair of LED TVs for our customers across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have field experience, strong technical knowledge of television hardware/software, and excellent customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery, Installation & Setup: Select desired locations for the day, pickup the TVs from our godown, Visit Reatil locations across Hyderabad to safely unbox, wall-mount LED/Smart TVs. (LED's will be transported by a diiff vehichle)
• Product Demonstration: Guide Retailers through the our Viideeo platform setup, connect it to Wi-Fi/cable, and demonstrate key features and settings
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose technical issues (display problems, power supply failures, connectivity issues) and perform on-site repairs or component replacements.
• Service Maintenance: Address Retailer service complaints and resolve issues within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of installations completed, parts used, and customer feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: 10th/12th Pass, ITI, or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Experience: 0-1 year of hands-on experience in LED/Smart TV installation and hardware repair.
• Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of panel replacement and software configuration.
• Languages: Ability to speak Telugu and Hindi (to easily communicate with local Retailers).
• Mandatory Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler vehicle and have a valid Driving License for daily travel across Hyderabad.
