Job Description

  • Basement ventilation & smoke extraction systems
  • Staircase/lobby pressurization systems
  • STP ventilation & odor control systems

The candidate should also have knowledge in:

  • HVAC calculations, duct sizing
  • Fan selection and equipment scheduling
  • Preparation of HVAC BOQ, and technical specifications
  • Coordination with firefighting, electrical, plumbing, and architectural services
  • Compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, and NBC standards

Required software skills:

  • AutoCAD
  • Revit MEP
  • MS Excel

Preferred experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years in HVAC Project execution for commercial/residential projects.
