Job Description
Recruit, train, and activate insurance advisors.
Drive advisor productivity and ensure achievement of business targets.
Coach and mentor advisors through regular field accompaniment.
Monitor sales performance, persistency, and quality metrics.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong customer and advisor relationships.
Execute sales campaigns and drive market penetration in the assigned territory.
Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
