Job Description
Sales & Marketing – (Roles & Responsibilities):
Generate leads through calls, online portals, and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer database and CRM records.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Handle customer queries and documentation support.
Promote projects through digital marketing, events, and campaigns.
Build relationships with channel partners and clients.
Prepare daily sales and lead reports
