We are looking for a smart, responsible, and result oriented professional to manage the complete back office operations of our Service Centre.
Job Responsibilities
• AMC Management & Renewal Follow Up
• CRM & Customer Support
• Outstanding Payment Follow Up
• Service Call Booking & Scheduling
• Technician Job Allocation & Daily Follow Up
• Customer Complaint Handling & Closure
• MIS Reporting, Data Entry & Documentation
• Office Administration & Coordination
Requirements
• Experience in AC/Home Appliance Service Centre preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email & Computer Operations
• Strong follow up skills and ability to work independently
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)
