Job Title: Sales Executive – Solar Solutions

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions, including rooftop solar systems and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
•Meet potential customers to understand their energy requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
•Conduct client visits and site assessments when required.
•Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations with prospective clients.
•Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
•Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
•Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
•1–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
•Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
•Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
•Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
•Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in rooftop solar, commercial solar, or EPC project sales.
•Understanding of solar energy systems, net metering, and government subsidy programs.
•Existing network of clients in the commercial or industrial sector will be beneficial.
