Summary:
As a Service Management Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of various programs, projects, or managed services by ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication among all involved parties. This role requires managing contracts and facilitating shared service coordination to maintain alignment with organizational goals. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors is essential to foster commitment and drive the strategic agenda forward. The position demands proactive engagement to ensure that all aspects of service delivery are progressing efficiently and effectively within the established frameworks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any emerging challenges.
- Monitor project progress and escalate issues promptly to maintain service quality and timelines.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of service management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage and resolve incidents.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and coordinate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with service delivery frameworks and contract management principles.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Critical Incident Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
