As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure. Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts in cost optimization across various cloud environments, balancing performance needs with budget constraints. This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor cloud resource usage and recommend adjustments to optimize capacity and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud operations with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for cloud cost management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on cloud operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning and capacity planning.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in multi-cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
