Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on enhancing the overall quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your responsibilities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to support the delivery of robust software products.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and refinement of testing frameworks and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Experience with designing and executing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and quality assurance processes.
- Familiarity with security testing and API validation techniques.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to support continuous improvement efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
