This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

   

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support for HPE Solutions for SAP HANA deployments across the world, with focus on AMS region.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, virtualization and operating system.
• Drive timely resolution of support cases in alignment with SLAs.
• Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices to improve internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure Customer Success.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
• Must be comfortable working in AMS time zone on a regular basis and provide standby support on alternate weekends of each month.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• 6 to 10 years of experience supporting HPE compute / storage products.
• Advanced Linux skills is must.
• Strong troubleshooting in compute, storage, networking, and Linux.

What you need to bring:

• Experience with PoCs, deployments, or customer facing technical roles.
• Proficiency in scripting/log analysis (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred).
• SAP HANA database skills.
• Certification in SLES, RHEL or SAP HANA administration.
