Recovery Field Officer / Debt Collection Executive
The Recovery Officer serves as a key liaison between financial institutions and borrowers, responsible for managing overdue accounts and facilitating debt recovery. The role involves negotiating repayment arrangements, conducting field visits and follow-up calls, performing skip tracing to locate customers, and ensuring all recovery activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships and upholding the organization's reputation and professional standards.
