Job Description

Business Development: Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, referrals, and networking to acquire new business loan customers.

Client Assessment & Consultation: Understand the client's financial needs and recommend suitable loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.

Documentation & Processing: Collect and verify essential documents such as KYC, bank statements, GST returns, and financial records to process applications.

Credit Evaluation: Conduct personal discussions (PD) to evaluate the borrower's repayment capacity, business model, and overall creditworthiness.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products (e.g., insurance, credit cards, or current accounts).

Compliance & Risk: Ensure all loan applications adhere to internal credit policies, regulatory (RBI) guidelines, and compliance standards.
