Store Manager

Job Title: Store Manager – Shaya (Silver Jewellery)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Reporting To: Business Manager

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Industry Preference: Jewellery Retail (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure stock accuracy, inventory control, and timely replenishment.
• Monitor store hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations effectively.
• Implement customer engagement and retention initiatives.

Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct daily briefings and monitor team productivity.
• Ensure adequate staffing and efficient roster management.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Ensure proper stock handling, storage, and shrinkage control.
• Conduct stock counting twice daily (opening and closing) and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs for inventory management, stock audits, and reconciliation processes.
• Monitor stock movement, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and support teams for stock replenishment and transfers.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track store KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Coordinate with the Business Manager on store performance and business initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–6 years of retail experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail.
• Prior experience in managing a retail store and leading a team.
• Jewellery retail experience will be an added advantage.
