- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern development frameworks.
- Strong understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques to ensure seamless application interoperability.
- Skilled in debugging, performance tuning, and maintaining high-quality code standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
