Project Role Description : Ensure solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Design test cases, identify and document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.
Must have skills : Functional Test Planning, Optimizely Commerce Testing, SAP Hybris manual testing
Good to have skills : EPiServer, SAP Commerce Cloud, TOSCA Testsuite
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves ensuring the quality of solutions by carefully executing tests aligned with defined requirements, user stories, and expected behaviors. This role includes designing detailed test cases, identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with delivery teams to support the release of reliable and user-ready products. The position requires continuous collaboration and communication to maintain high standards throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final output meets the intended functionality and user expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the testing domain.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with TOSCA Testsuite, SAP Commerce Cloud, EPiServer.
- Strong ability to design comprehensive test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Skilled in defect identification, documentation, and tracking to facilitate effective resolution.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques and best practices to ensure thorough coverage.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
