Job Description

  • Requirements
  • Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
  • Previous experience as an Office Boy or Helper is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand basic English and local language.
  • Honest, disciplined, and physically fit.
  • Good knowledge of local routes, banks, and markets.
  • Basic counting and stock handling skills.
  • Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in both office and factory environments.


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase office, factory, and pantry items as instructed.
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and materials from vendors, customers, or government offices.
  • Assist in counting and maintaining stock of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
  • Keep the office, factory premises, pantry, and washrooms clean and well-maintained.
  • Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting materials within the factory.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store and work areas.
  • Support office staff with photocopying, filing, and other basic administrative tasks.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
