Delivers routine and some non-routine platform work under moderate supervision, including minor enhancements to shared services, SDKs, or integration adapters. Troubleshoots standard issues across components using established playbooks, helping maintain reliability and backward compatibility. Monitors and analyzes platform API/SDK usage for a subsystem; proposes small improvements to observability and resilience.
