Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud professional with 7–10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data modeling, automation, and customization, along with a good understanding of manufacturing business processes such as sales agreements, forecasting, account planning, rebate management, and channel partner collaboration. 
Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud based on business requirements.
•    Configure and manage Sales Agreements, Account-Based Forecasting, Rebate Management, and Account Planning.
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
•    Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce where needed.
•    Design and manage Salesforce data models, security model, sharing rules, and automation.
•    Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as ERP, Order Management, Pricing, and Supply Chain systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
•    Support deployment activities, testing, defect resolution, and post-production enhancements.
•    Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security, and performance optimization.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, QA, architects, and delivery teams.
•    Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentoring to junior team members
Required Skills
•    Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud
•    Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
•    Experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Visualforce
•    Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
•    Good understanding of data modeling, data migration, and security model
•    Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes and B2B sales lifecycle
•    Experience in forecasting, sales agreements, pricing, rebate programs, and partner/channel processes
•    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery model

Preferred Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
•    Salesforce certifications such as: 
o    Salesforce Administrator
o    Platform Developer I / II
o    Sales Cloud Consultant
o    Application Architect
o    Manufacturing Cloud Accreditation / Certification
•    Experience with ERP integration (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
